Bulletin Submittal Guidelines
Bulletin content is due on Monday at 4:30 PM for the upcoming weekend. Late submissions will not be considered.
Holiday deadlines will vary from year to year.
2024 Early Deadlines:- December 15 bulletin - The deadline is December 4 at 4:30 pm
- December 22 bulletin - The deadline is December 11 at 4:30 pm
- December 29 bulletin - The deadline is December 18 at 4:30 pm
- January 5 bulletin - The deadline is December 20 at 4:30 pm
2025 Early Deadlines:- April 13 bulletin - The deadline is April 4 at 4:30 pm
- April 20 bulletin - The deadline is April 11 at 4:30 pm
- July 6 bulletin - The deadline is June 27 at 4:30 pm
- November 23 bulletin - The deadline is November 14 at 4:30 pm
- November 30 bulletin - The deadline is November 19 at 4:30 pm
- December 14 bulletin - The deadline is December 5 at 4:30 pm
- December 21 bulletin - The deadline is December 10 at 4:30 pm
- December 28 bulletin - The deadline is December 16 at 4:30 pm
- January 4 bulletin - The deadline is December 17 at 4:30 pm

Curé staff tries to accommodate every request but occasionally more requests are made than we have room for. The number of weeks your article appears is dependent on other requests and the Curé staff will make that determination. Please review our guidelines and email [email protected] if you have any questions.
Priority will be given in the following order:- Items submitted by Parish staff and ministries directly related to Parish operations and activities
- Items submitted by outside organizations in direct support of Parish Ministries and activities
- Items submitted by the Diocesan Offices
- Items submitted not directly related to the Parish or from Organizations outside of the Parish's scope of operation
Please send a word document or enter text into the body of your email and send accompanying images as attachments. A standard bulletin article should be approximately 150 words. Please do not design your article in Word, Publisher, Canva, or any other program with decorative text and embedded images. Since we cannot guarantee the available space for your message it's best to send us the text and accompanying pictures (as email attachments) and let us lay it out so it fits our format. While we reserve the right to edit for grammar and clarity, we do not verify the accuracy of your information regarding dates, times, locations, etc.
PDF FILES or Image files:
Please do not send PDF or image files (jpg, png, etc) that include text. Any files with uneditable text will not be accepted. Send the text in the body of your email and attach any graphics separately.
INSERTS:
Inserts can be an option with prior approval. An insert may be included as an additional page loose from the bulletin or as a graphic within the pages of the bulletin. Please email a request for an insert to [email protected] a week ahead of the print deadline (two weeks before the requested Sunday of print). All images and text (following the same guidelines as outlined in the Articles section above) should be submitted by Monday at 4:30 pm two weeks ahead and you will receive a draft of your designed insert for review by the Monday before printing.
PDF FILES or Image files:

Pulpit Announcement Guidelines
Pulpit Announcements are due on Thursday at 12 PM for the upcoming weekend. Late submissions will not be considered.

All requests must be approved by our communications team and are not guaranteed a spot. We reserve the right to edit your announcement for length and content, if necessary.Pulpit Announcements will run a maximum of two weeks, but may be omitted, depending on other announcements that may take precedence.
Pulpit Announcements should pertain to the entire parish. Announcements for group members or classes should be placed in the bulletin.
Pulpit Announcements are to be kept short- no more than 1 or 2 lines.
Please be sure all pertinent information regarding the announcement is in the bulletin on the Sunday the announcement is made as we will be directing the congregation there for details.
Requests to speak before or after Mass are handled directly by the pastor. Please contact Mary at 913.521.9370 to discuss further.
Enewsletter Announcement Guidelines
Enewsletter Announcements are due on Monday at 4:30 PM as listed below. Late submissions will not be considered.

- February enewsletter - The deadline is January 27 at 4:30 pm
- March enewsletter - The deadline is February 24 at 4:30 pm
- April enewsletter - The deadline is March 24 at 4:30 pm
- May enewsletter - The deadline is April 21 at 4:30 pm
- June enewsletter - The deadline is May 26 at 4:30 pm
- July enewsletter - The deadline is June 23 at 4:30 pm
- August enewsletter - The deadline is July 28 at 4:30 pm
- September enewsletter - The deadline is August 25 at 4:30 pm
- October enewsletter - The deadline is September 22 at 4:30 pm
- November enewsletter - The deadline is October 27 at 4:30 pm
- December enewsletter - The deadline is November 24 at 4:30 pm
