EFT is an automatic payment process.  It is set up through the Parish Office and is processed on the 15th of each month.  If you currently have an EFT set up with the Church or you would like to initiate, please fill out the document to the left.  Please scan and send to [email protected] or return to the Parish Office.  For questions please contact the Business Manager, 913.649.1337.
